Forsyth County Community Connection’s HandsonForsyth.org

This is the fabulous site we use to gather workers to be God’s hands and feet in our community to help feed hot, nutritious meals to families in need. We have a lot of fun each week preparing the meals, washing dishes, slicing breads, packaging food, sorting out items from the pantry, and delivering meals to “our” families. You can join us by signing up at www.handsonforsyth.org – we work from 1:00pm – 4:00pm every Sunday. We’ve maxed out our ability to provide for more families until God provides a bigger kitchen, or the financial ability for me to do this as a full time job so I can add additional days of food prep, etc. We need to have multiple shifts or days, but with working 4 part time jobs I can’t manage another one right now. Praying for God’s direction in this area… please pray with me for this since the need is sooooo great!!!!! Love, love, love what I do and would LOVE to be able to do this full time. Caring for others and sharing God’s blessing with them is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

I volunteer some of my time to help nonprofits with their websites. I worked in IT for 23 years and was a professional webmaster too. I’ve helped eight organizations so far. Do you have any interest in getting a free website? I just helped an animal shelter and their site is really nice now. I helped a women’s center before that.

Good morning Jessica, thank you so much for your kind offer. We are currently in the process of building out our web-site (the hold up is ME)…using a wonderful offer quite like yours from the man who recently helped Dr. Oz with his site. We’ve just fallen in love with he and his sweet family! You have a true servant’s heart and I thank you again for your generous offer. I will be sure to pass your info along to others I know.
