Please begin praying for a miracle to get our walk-in coolers moved soon so that we have adequate storage for the produce I KNOW God is about to rain on us. Now don’t you go groaning – those of you (angels) who helped us process the 800lbs (yes, you read that correctly) eight HUNDRED pounds of carrots and onions (sniff, sniff – still crying from the onions) this past Sunday!!! It was a HUGE blessing from the local Food Bank and we not only were able to bless our families with FRESH veggies, but we will be using some of the processed frozen ones THIS WEEK as we make Turkey Pot Pie for our delivery meal.
When the gardens start producing and we begin receiving the bounty God has portioned for us we will need to find ladies’ groups, or Bible study groups, or civic groups that are looking for opportunities during the week to help. Folks could even come pick up some produce and take home to work on and return it on Sunday to us to be frozen for use…like sweet Cynthia did with those tubs of pineapple from Edible Arrangements!!!
You know me, I NEVER say “no” to any blessing God provides — although his “exceedingly, abundantly, more than we can ask or imagine” is overflowing my capapcity to store 
what a great problem to have!!! He even provided the storage, but I have to get the drawings from the architect, then find someone to pour the concrete pads (and hopefully DONATE the concrete) and find someone (anyone got a contact at Taylor Moving and Storage???) who might donate trucks to help us move the coolers/freezers… the NEEDS list seems endless. Oh, and there’s that GI-NORMOUS need for grants to be written to PAY for it all…
HELP!!!
Oh, and one more thing — please, please, please see if you can help us find more volunteers. Our weekly volunteer numbers are down (summer vacations) and with so many being gone on random weeks we are in need of additional support from others to fill in. We offer 5 teams of workers each week, kitchen food prep, pantry sorting/stocking, bread sorting/packaging, fruit/salad chopping, and dishes to be washed. See, something for everyone 
Please get together with your buds, girlfriends, small group, neighbors, ANYONE and come help us as we feed the hungry in Forsyth County. Sundays 1-4pm!!! Can’t WAIT to meet you…
