Wes Wasson, an accomplished R&D and Engineering leader with over 30 years of practical experience in fast paced business and manufacturing environments with leading food and beverage companies including Starbuck, Jim Beam, ConAgra, Coca-Cola and Tropicana. Wes strives for innovative solutions to difficult issues that provide bottom line results through the use of industry expertise, interpersonal skills, proven tools/processes and technical acumen. His core competencies include: Project Management (certified Project Management Professional), Engineering, Leadership, People Development, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Technology Development, Cost Savings, and Network Optimizations. Wes holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mathematics from Auburn University, and is the President of Resourcing Options Insights LLC an Engineering Consulting Company. Beyond his professional experience Wes has a heart of compassion for those that are less fortunate and seeks to find avenues to share God’s blessings in impactful and productive ways. He has been a member of Midway United Methodist for over 20 years. In that time he has lead Stewardship campaigns, a Capital Campaign, been on the Trustees, Church Council and leads the Men’s group. He is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys hunting, shooting, fishing, and SCUBA diving. He and Amy Wasson have been married for 34 years and have two adult children, Zack and Zoe.
