April Cotney is a dedicated board member, bringing over 14 years of experience as a Top Producing Realtor® in the metro Atlanta area. Known for her commitment and success, April has consistently ranked in the top 5% to 10% Top Producers in both her Atlanta Realtor board and her office. April has spent her life in service, whether it was serving at her local church, volunteering at her children’s school, or contributing to a local charity. For the past 7 years, she has also been an active member of 100 Women Who Care Forsyth. She and her husband have successfully launched their three children, all graduates of West Forsyth County High School, and are now proud grandparents.
