WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Volunteers are needed to receive canned food donations at the gates of the Cumming fair. The 3 gates are open from 12:30 PM till 9 :00 PM on Sundays October 6th and 13th.  We need 2 or more people per gate.  Each volunteer who completes his/her shift will receive a ticket to the Fair!

When:

We break the afternoon into 3 shifts:

1. 12pm to 3pm
2. 3pm to 6pm
3. 6pm to 9pm 

Where:

Cumming Fairgrounds
235 Castleberry Rd
Cumming, GA 30040

1. Gate A: the Main Gate across from the Police Department.
2. Gate C: at the exit/entrance to the main parking lot.
3. Gate D: next to the Handicapped Gate by the Mercy Fellowship Church.

In the NOTES SECTION please identify a TIME SLOT & GATE that you are available to volunteer.

What to Bring:

Please bring a Hat, Chair, Water and Sunscreen in case it is sunny afternoon.
