Brian King is the President and founder of Engineering303. Brian completed his Geo Surveying Certificate at Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland. He went on to pursue a further degree in Civil Engineering here in Georgia at Southern College of Technology. Mr. King has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the civil engineering side of land development, including stormwater management and drainage improvement in a variety of settings. He is considered a pioneer in the use of Natural Channel Design for Stream Restoration, having completed all 4 levels of Rosgen certification, in the Southeast and has conducted continuing education classes for the Cities of Atlanta and Alpharetta, focusing on Stream Restoration. Mr. King is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Brian has been married to his wife, Lisa, for over 30 years. The Kings divide their time between their residences in Forsyth County and Highlands, NC; sharing those spaces with their newest addition, a golden retriever named Willow. Brian is very actively involved in the Alpharetta Rotary Club include serving as the Club’s most recent Foundation Chair. He was honored with the 2014-2015 1st Quarter Rotary Strong award and the 2020-2021 Rotarian of the Year award.
